I've spent my career on the building side of construction — starting out as a residential superintendent and working my way into commercial project management. That path means I've seen how homes actually get built, where budgets slip, and how the game is played on the other side of the table.

Owners Blueprint is my way of putting that experience to work for the person who needs it most: the owner.
